What the notification means
Oracle NetSuite is notifying customers whose accounts may include custom scripts using an older SuiteScript version. With NetSuite 2028.2, all new and existing custom scripts must use SuiteScript 2.1.
The key question is not simply whether legacy scripts exist. It is which scripts are affected, what business processes depend on them and what should be addressed first.

Frequently asked questions
Do all older scripts need to be rewritten?
No. Some SuiteScript 2.0 and 2.x scripts may only need testing and a version update. Inactive or obsolete scripts may be better retired. SuiteScript 1.0 is generally more involved.
Is remediation included in the $750 review?
No. Any conversion, update or remediation work is scoped and quoted separately after the readiness review.
