Evaluation & Design Phase

Here we further validate and map to document the Solution Design, which outlines the intricacies of any additional solutions required. We also validate the Change Management & Data Migration Strategy with the Project Plan to bring together all the delivery components in preparation for the next phase.

Delivery & Test Phase

This stage implements the Solution Design and executes on the Change Management strategy. Each completed deliverable goes through vigorous unit testing using your migrated data. Once signed-off, the new ways of working are ready to be promoted to the Deployment & Training Phase.

Deployment & Training Phase
